ERP and API integrations

ERP and API integrations that keep business systems in sync.

Connect orders, customers, inventory and operational events across your ERP, CRM and internal applications. Ars Codex builds the interface, validation and failure handling around the systems you already run.

Beyond document exports

Projects can include synchronizing approved orders, updating customer records, exchanging product data, exposing a custom endpoint or connecting an internal application to an ERP. We define the business event and its owner before choosing a transport or connector.

For example, an order approved in a review application should create one draft in the ERP. A delivery update may flow back to the operations workspace. Each direction needs its own mapping and conflict rules.

Systems and interfaces

Odoo, CRMs, internal services and other business applications can be considered where a supported API, connector or agreed file exchange is available. Exact compatibility depends on the product version, hosting, plan and permissions; it is confirmed during scoping.

For Odoo, verify API availability on the actual deployment before selecting an implementation. The official external API documentation describes the current interface and access requirements.

Reliability is part of the scope

  • Mapping: identifiers, units, currencies and business validation.
  • Duplicate protection: stable event references and safe retry behavior.
  • Failure handling: bounded retries, held records and an actionable exception queue.
  • Traceability: source reference, destination record and processing status.
  • Access: accounts controlled by your business, with only the permissions required.

How delivery works

Document the source of truth and expected behavior. Test mappings and failure cases against sandbox data. Roll out a limited scope, reconcile source and destination records, then hand over the agreed interface and operational procedures.

You receive code and configuration covered by the agreement, mapping documentation, acceptance results and ownership details. Core ERP changes, historical migration and around-the-clock support are included only when explicitly scoped.

Prepare a useful first discussion

Bring system names and versions, available API documentation, the events or records to exchange, approximate volumes and a named business owner for validation. A document assessment is not required for a standalone integration.
