You remain the client-facing firm. Ars Codex is named on the statement of work as a subcontractor, with a defined scope, clear responsibilities, and a delivery date. Direct poaching of your client is excluded in writing.

What you should send
The client’s system names, the document samples you are allowed to share, the target date, and whether Ars Codex may speak to the client’s operators.
