How Ars Codex handles inquiry and project data
Who we are
Ars Codex provides AI consulting and software development services. Contact: hello@arscodex.io.
What the website collects
The inquiry form collects name, email, company, optional software names, a project or workflow description, audience, and technical fields used for attribution (landing page, referrer, campaign parameters). A hidden honeypot field is used to reduce spam. Analytics may record page views and whether a form was submitted, via Google Analytics with measurement ID G-XQHW30SVR5.
Browser session storage retains the entry-page path, referring URL and campaign parameters while you browse this site, so an inquiry can be attributed to the page where your visit began. This session record contains no form responses and is cleared when the browser session ends.
What we do not collect on this form
Passwords, payment card numbers, and confidential document uploads. Sample files for an assessment are arranged after contact, under the access you control.
Where inquiry data goes
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, emailed to hello@arscodex.io, and—when configured—sent to HubSpot to create or update a contact without creating a second record for the same email if HubSpot deduplication is enabled.
Project work
Production systems stay in the client’s accounts whenever possible. Assessment samples are kept only as long as needed to complete the findings, then deleted or returned on request.
